At the Mosher Summit Group, we believe meaningful investment is about building stronger communities, expanding opportunity, and creating positive impact for those who need it most. This commitment is why we proudly support the Martha O’Bryan Center, a Nashville-based nonprofit redefining what it means to break cycles of poverty.

Founded in 1894, the Martha O’Bryan Center has grown from a small settlement house into one of Middle Tennessee’s most innovative anti-poverty organizations. Located in East Nashville, the Center serves children, youth, and adults through a two-generation approach supporting both children and caregivers simultaneously. Rather than treating poverty as a short-term crisis, the organization works to eliminate it by equipping families with the tools necessary for long-term stability and economic mobility.

Its model integrates early childhood education, K-12 schooling, college access, workforce training, family coaching, and community support. By coordinating these services under one unified strategy, the Center provides consistent support to more than 12,000 individuals each year. Children gain access to strong educational pathways while parents receive job placement assistance and coaching that builds durable financial stability.

The Family Success Network serves as a hub for connection and resources, recognizing that economic mobility is built through relationships and support systems — not isolation. Beyond direct service, the organization influences policy through partnerships that shape national conversations around economic mobility and opportunity.

At Mosher Summit Group, we seek partnerships grounded in compassion, evidence, and long-term impact. Supporting the Martha O’Bryan Center reflects this philosophy. Its two-generation model demonstrates that when children and parents are supported together, families are far more likely to break cycles of poverty and build lasting stability.

By supporting this work, we are investing in early education, workforce development, and connected neighborhoods where families are empowered to succeed. Communities thrive when opportunity expands — and we are proud to stand alongside the Martha O’Bryan Center in advancing that vision across generations.
